Gift Certificates Gift card type coupon codes can be purchased in the Great Gifts category in any amount you desire.
Coupons If you have a coupon code from me it is payment type specific. This usually means you have to use Google Checkout and enter the code there after my shopping cart forwards you to complete payment. Coupons cannot be added to an order that has already been placed (even same day) or to other places online that I sell (eBay, etc.).
Payment I accept your debit/credit cards and balance transfers through Google Checkout and Paypal for fastest order turn around. You are also welcome to mail standard cash, check, or money order if you are the old fashioned type of buyer. The very large items are required to be picked up in the Chattanooga, TN area by appointment only as noted in their description. Any other items can be arranged for pickup as well if that is what you desire.
Pictures If you need more or better pictures of any item, just use the contact info above and be as specific as possible.
Orders All orders are packaged as they come in so they are almost always on their way to you tomorrow or even today if the mail man hasn't been by yet! This is of course referring to standard business days, Monday-Friday 9a-5p eastern excluding holidays. Although a lot of times Saturday is included and I even use the Post Office drop box on Sunday now and then. Mailing in your payment will obviously significantly delay your ship date. It can take over 30 days for my bank to clear a personal check through your bank so I don't recommend this option.
Shipping The shipping charge is based on each items weight and should be close to the actual postage charge. Delivery conformation is included with all domestic (USA) orders. Do not forget that I also have to pay for the box or bubble envelope and a lot of small etcetera when packaging your order correctly.
Packing I will recycle clean packing materials when possible to save you money. This means your box may have nonstructural damage before being shipped so don't worry if it looks beat up when it gets to you. Or packing materials might be different colors or sizes instead of being nice and pretty. Your product is good and it arrives safely though!
Returns Returns are accepted within 9 days on nearly everything unless noted otherwise. If I made an error I will make it right 100%! If you just changed your mind though, you will receive credit for your next purchase. The actual shipping cost will not be included because I spent that money to deliver the items you requested.
Tax The tax field is set to 3% for all buyers to offset some of the credit card processing fees so that I can bring you the lowest price possible on site. I pay the actual sales tax rate when required by the state. Mailed payments can remove this amount from the total.
International Orders to Canada can be placed like normal through this sites shopping cart program. If a shipping adjustment is needed I will email you and you can pay the difference or cancel your order at that time. This usually only happens with heavy orders to Canada so if the shipping charge is listed under $6 you should be good to go. All other countries please use the same process although modifications are a lot more likely. I will refund all of your money if you decide shipping is too much.
Trading Please email your exact offers for consideration.
